Message from Principal Garcia for the week of     May 18, 2026

Please make note of the following for this week of school:

 · SBA make-up State Testing and District Reading Testing continues this week for students in grades 3 -8. Please be your child comes to school on time and well rested for them to do their BEST work.

· Students in grades 1 and 5 have a field trip this week. Be sure your child has a permission slip in school.

· Thursday, 5/21, is McEducator Night from 4:00 – 7:00 at the McDonald’s at 250 Whalley Ave.

· As we shift to warmer weather, please allow your child to bring a water bottle to school that is clearly marked with his/her name.

· Please check PowerSchool for your child’s updated grades. Your child’s teachers update their grades on the 1st and 15th of every month.

· Please be sure to update the main office with any new contact information.
