Ways to Earn Eagle Feathers and Fun Fridays:
Teachers and staff have individual classroom reward systems, and school-wide, students can earn “Eagle Feathers” when students demonstrate SOAR behaviors. Eagle Feathers are achievable in a multitude of ways as Listed on LBCS's SOAR Matrix. These expectations represent the core values of our school and are the hallmark of our safe, heathy and nurturing positive school environment.

Individual teachers implement a classroom system for individual rewards toward the weekly class reward ("Fun Friday") and toward the monthly award/recognition SOAR Assembly.
